在适用法律允许的最大范围内：本平台按"现状"及"可用"状态提供服务，不对服务的不中断、无错误或适销性作出保证；对因使用或无法使用服务（包括但不限于交易亏损、利润损失、数据丢失、第三方经纪商或行情服务故障）造成的任何间接、附带、特殊或惩罚性损失不承担责任；本平台对您承担的累计责任总额，以您在引起索赔的事件发生前十二（12）个月内向本平台实际支付的费用为上限。
您可随时停止使用并申请注销账户。若您违反本协议，我们可暂停或终止您的账户及未到期授权，且不退还已付费用；涉嫌违法的，我们将依法配合有关机关。终止后，第五、八、九、十一条继续有效。
本协议受英属维尔京群岛（BVI）法律管辖并按其解释（不适用其冲突法规则）。因本协议引起的争议，双方应先友好协商；协商不成的，任何一方可提交至英属维尔京群岛有管辖权的法院/或双方书面同意的仲裁机构解决。
Welcome to AurumBull ("the Platform", "we", "us" — aurumbull.com and its related pages and services). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform. By registering an account, ticking the consent box, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. You are responsible for ensuring that using automated trading software and related services is lawful in your jurisdiction; where prohibited, you must not use the Platform. The Services are not offered to any person or region restricted under applicable sanctions laws.
Trading foreign exchange, precious metals, cryptocurrencies and CFDs carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of all invested capital. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. Historical performance, backtests and simulated results of any EA do not represent or guarantee future returns. Any performance figures shown on the Platform are for reference only.
Trade only with funds you can afford to lose, make decisions independently based on your own financial situation, experience and risk tolerance, and consult a licensed professional where necessary.
The Platform provides software tools and technical services and does not provide investment advice. AurumBull does not custody or control trading funds held in customer accounts with third-party brokers. All trades are executed in your own account with a third-party broker of your choosing, and your relationship with that broker is governed by your agreement with them.
An EA depends on correct configuration and on the trading platform, broker connection, market data, network, VPS, device and power environment. Interruption, latency, slippage, insufficient liquidity, price gaps, account permissions, compatibility changes or configuration errors may cause orders to be delayed, rejected, duplicated, missed or filled unexpectedly. Backtests and simulations cannot fully reproduce live-market conditions. Stopping, removing or closing an EA does not necessarily close existing positions or pending orders; you must inspect and manage risk exposure in your own broker account. AI adviser and support content provides general product information and operational assistance only. It may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect and is not investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Never enter passwords, one-time passwords (OTPs), API keys, identity-document data, bank or payment data, wallet private keys, broker login details or other trading credentials into an AI conversation.
The Platform's software, trademarks (including the AURUMBULL wordmark), website content, documentation and designs are protected by intellectual-property laws and belong to the Platform or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license expressly granted in these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation or merchantability; we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the Services (including without limitation trading losses, loss of profit, loss of data, or failures of third-party brokers or market-data services); and our aggregate liability to you is capped at the fees you actually paid to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Services and request account closure at any time. If you breach these Terms we may suspend or terminate your account and any unexpired licenses without refund, and will cooperate with authorities where unlawful activity is suspected. Sections 5, 8, 9 and 11 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI), excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, either party may bring the dispute before the competent courts of the British Virgin Islands or an arbitral institution agreed by both parties in writing.
